Vera C. Okoro is the founder and head trainer of the Vocal Excellence For Christ vocal training program. She is a skilled worship leader, singer, songwriter and vocal coach. For over 20 years, Vera has been using her personal experience, skills and training to coach and mentor choirs, worship groups, singers and vocalists of all levels, ages and genders; teaching them how to use the full range and capacity of their voice to sing and minister in excellence.

Vera is a teacher and mentor at heart; gifted to ignite the God-given abilities on the inside of others, causing them to soar to new levels both spiritually and naturally. Her mission is to raise up a generation of worshippers and vocalists that are BOTH skilled AND anointed carriers of the presence of God whenever and wherever they serve.

The Vera C. Okoro School of Worship is a specialized program where we equip every day born-again believers to learn, discern, create and facilitate an atmosphere of worship in their daily personal lives and/or within larger settings. This is a Holy Spirit-filled and Holy Spirit-led program of both Biblical instruction and practical, balanced application regarding worship. 

Vocal students are admonished to develop a life of worship in order to make their music ministry more effective.
